Six classes from 6-8:30 pm mst
Online (Zoom)
Tuesdays, September 30 - November 4

Do you wish you could more quickly

  • Recognize and manage your stress response?

  • Break automatic and unhelpful thought patterns?

  • Tune into your bodies signals, before there is pain?

  • Identify your emotions?

  • Create space between triggers and response?

If you’ve been wanting to strengthen your personal self-awareness skills in any of these areas this class may be for you! This 6-week class is perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to restart their Mindfulness practice!

The course will include the following:

  • Training in meditation, developing awareness of breath, body, feelings and thoughts.

  • Managing stress and learning how to shift from reaction to response.

  • Recognizing and letting go of unhelpful habitual thoughts and mind states.

  • Exploring, understanding and working with a range of emotional experiences.

Fall is a good time to restart. It’s traditionally a time for learning and creating new habits around our schedule. I hope to see you in class!
